- All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
- Please note once an order has been confirmed we cannot cancel the order.

We are unable to accept any returns on FINAL sale marked items.
FAULTY GOODS
Please note that we do not refund unless the garment has a manufacturing fault which can be sent back for investigation with our QC team. Please ensure to reach out prior to sending back your faulty garment to ensure approval. Please note we inspect every garment prior to shipment.
PRE ORDER
For all made to order or pre order dresses we provide an estimated date; although please not this is only an estimate. We do our best to finish the garments on time but there can be some delays from time to time. Once you have purchased and received confirmation of your pre order / made to order garment you cannot cancel this garment for a refund. We can offer a credit note but no refunds as our team start production of the garment as soon as the order comes through.
TIME FRAME
To be eligible for a return you must ensure that product is returned to us within the below time frames.
- For orders shipped within Australia, 30 days of the goods being delivered to
- For orders shipped outside Australia, 45 days of the goods being delivered to you.
